Who we are

This website is run by ARFL REALTY FIRST, an independent property advisor. Contact for privacy questions: info@arfl.in.

What we collect

When you send a form: your name, mobile number, email (if given), home type, request type and any message. We also record the page you used and, if you came from an ad, the campaign details in the web address (such as utm_source). Our server keeps a short-lived, scrambled form of your IP address to block spam.

How we use it

To answer your request, send project documents, arrange calls and site visits, and keep a record of enquiries. We may share your details with the developer only where needed to arrange a visit or booking you ask for. We do not sell your data.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel load only if you click Allow on the analytics banner. Your name, number and email are never sent to these tools. You can change your choice at any time with the Analytics preference link in the footer.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are emailed to our lead inbox and a backup copy is kept on our web server outside public access. We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@arfl.in or messaging us on WhatsApp. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
