About Action Area II
New Town is a planned township in the north-east of Kolkata, managed by the New Town Kolkata Development Authority (NKDA). It is split into Action Areas I, II and III, with a Central Business District between Action Areas I and II. Action Area II holds many of the township's offices, institutions and green spaces.
The exact site address of PS Aroha will be confirmed in the official project documents. We will add a map pin here once it is confirmed.
Work
Ecospace Business Park is in Action Area II. Other New Town office parks include DLF IT Park and Candor TechSpace.
Healthcare
Tata Medical Center is in New Town. Ask us for the nearest multi-speciality hospitals to the site.
Education
New Town has university campuses including Aliah University and St. Xavier's University, plus several schools.
Shopping and dining
City Centre 2 and Axis Mall are New Town's main malls, with restaurants along the Action Area roads.
Leisure
Eco Park (Prakriti Tirtha) and the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre are among New Town's best-known landmarks.
Travel
Kolkata's Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport is reached through New Town's arterial roads.

Drive your real daily routes: to the office, to school and to the airport, at the times you would travel. Check the approach road, nearby shops and public transport. Ask for the master plan so you can see where your tower sits.
