The following indicative sizes have been shared for the three residential configurations. The measurement basis (carpet area, built-up area or super built-up area) is not yet verified. Confirm room dimensions, balcony and utility areas, and servant-quarter layout in the official sanctioned plans.*

What to check on a floor plan
- Carpet area. The RERA carpet area is the number to compare, not super built-up area.
- Balconies and utility. Check whether balcony and utility areas are counted inside or outside the carpet area.
- Bedrooms and bathrooms. Look at room sizes, attached bathrooms and wardrobe walls.
- Kitchen. Check ventilation, a utility area and space for appliances.
- Orientation and view. Ask which units face the podium and which face the road.
- Vastu. If it matters to you, check the entrance, kitchen and master bedroom directions.
- Furniture. Furniture on brochure plans is only for illustration.
